Depending on your hair length, drop between a dime-size-pool and a nickel-size-pool of hair oil into the palm of your hand. Warm the oil between your hands and slowly run it through your hair, focusing on the ends. Apply to dry hair or use as an overnight treatment. DO NOT heat treat hair after use.

This oil does not have a slippery consistency and a little goes a long way. I don't like the way it makes my hair feel; it feels heavy and lank. I enjoy all the other Fatco products I have purchased, but the hair oil was not a winner for me and will not repurchase.
